Departure from the old village of Manas. Park in the car park along Chemin de la Ramière.
(S/E) Head north, cross the Grande Rue (D310) and follow the Calée Ouest. Cross the Rue de la Tour Carrée on the right-hand side and, at the fork that follows, keep left and climb a staircase. At the top, turn right and ignore the paths branching off to the right.
(1) Continue along a stony path and climb gently, heading north-northeast, until you reach the sign for "Les Côtes".
(2) Then turn right towards Pont-de-Barret. Continue along a gently climbing path. Keep heading east and join a wide forest track that leads straight to Pont-de-Barret.
(3) Continue along the small road running alongside the houses.
(4) At the "Le Château" signpost, turn left and take a single track path that climbs up the mountainside towards the "Les Buis" signpost.
(5) Continue right towards Pas de l'Oursière. There is a viewpoint on the right with a view of Montagne d'Eson.
(6) At the "Pas de l'Oursière" signpost, turn left towards Sainte-Euphémie. The path continues along a balcony with views of the Roubion valley between Sainte-Euphémie and Montagne d'Eson.
(7) More than a kilometre further on, at the "Petit Plat" signpost, you can make a round trip to the summit of Sainte-Euphémie by turning left (sign). Otherwise, begin the descent towards Manas via a balcony path with two magnificent viewpoints over the Valdaine plain and the Puy-Saint-Martin mountains. Stay on the main path, ignoring the paths branching off to the left and right.
(2) At the "Les Côtes" sign, go straight ahead and follow the outward route in reverse to reach the old village of Manas (S/E).
