The walk starts from the car park next to Saint-Sauvy Church.
(S/E) Take the second street on the right behind the church and turn left onto the Fontaine path (Camin de la Hount) which descends. Join and follow the stone path on the left (fountain and arboretum) for 1 km.
(1) Take the road on the right for 600 metres and cross a bridge.
(2) Turn left to reach Les Martinous. Walk along the right side of the farm and take the path across the fields opposite (panoramic view of the Pyrenees). Pass a turn-off to the right at Le Piemont and continue for about 1.8 km until you reach the road.
(3) At the crossroads of four roads, take the road on the left, pass the hamlet of Les Bidous and continue to the next crossroads.
(4) Follow the gravel path on the left for 2 km, then, at the cross, take the road on the right to reach Saint-Sauvy (S/E).
