Park in the large car park near the village of Ménéham.
(S/E) Leave the car park and head towards the sea, keeping the village of Ménéham on your left.
(1) Join theGR®34and follow it to the left, passing by old seaweed kilns and their information boards. Follow the coast, enjoying the view of the sea and the granite boulders. Walk along Nodéven Beach.
(2) At the end of the beach, wooden walkways lead out to the sea; you can walk out there and back, and why not have a swim? Return to the car park and head out towards the road. Turn right onto the road, keeping a salt marsh on your right.
(3) Just before the sea wall, turn left to walk along the Étang de la Digue this time. Follow this path, keeping to the left, until you reach a small road at a junction.
(4) Take the path between two hedges slightly to the left, continue along this path until you reach another small road, then first turn left then right onto the road to visit an old wash house. Retrace your steps to avoid walking along this busy road, and this time turn right. When the road turns sharply right, continue straight on along a wide path leading to Ménéham.
(5) Once you reach the first houses in Ménéham, wander through them, head to the guardhouse and make your way to the car park (S/E).
