(S/E) Take the small road that runs along the coast, turn right onto the small sluice bridge dating from 1850, which prevents seawater from rising up to the village of Kerlouan via the Leuhan stream. Turn right and you will arrive at a small car park.
(1) Climb the dune, keeping to the right, then turn west.
At the top of the dune, a memorial has been erected in memory of those who died on the Canadian ship HMCS Athabaskan, which sank on 29 April 1944. Continue westwards, where you can see Pointe de Neiz Van and, further on, the Île Vierge lighthouse. On the right is the Roc'h ar Konk rock, where, according to legend, the children of Kerlouan were born.

(2) Turn left, leaving the coast, and take the small road towards the hamlet of Saint-Égarec. Cross a road and head towards the chapel of the same name. At the entrance to the enclosure, note a small cross pattée and, behind it, the chapel and underground fountain topped by a statue of Saint Brévalaire, not Saint Hervé as indicated on the sign.
(3) Continue south along the path that leads to a road. Leave the marked trail by turning right and, after about 50 metres, go behind a house to find the underground fountain of Kervizouarn. Retrace your steps and continue to a fork. Before turning, off the marked trail, continue straight ahead for about 200 m to discover the ruins of the Manoir de Kerivoas (private property). Retrace your steps to the Kervizouarn fork.
(4) Turn right, then right again onto a path that joins a road at a place called Le Goas. Follow it to the right and, at the bend before another hamlet, turn left onto the path between the fields.
(5) Follow this path, which crosses a road, continue towards a place called Poul Halec, then turn left to reach Kérisquillien. Along this route, you will notice the rocks shaped like rabbit ears called Men Gaoulou.
(6) Turn right onto the path that leads to the clearly visible water tower, go around it and arrive at a crossroads.
(7) Turn left onto a path between fields (not shown on the IGN map) and you will come to a road near the hamlet of Ruduloc. Cross this road and continue along the path that branches off to the left to pass near the imposing Rocher de Men Menac'h: from the summit, which is easily accessible, there is a panoramic view. When you reach the small road, turn right and follow it as it curves to the left until you come to another path on the left. Take this path and go around the new Ménéham car park with public toilets.
(8) Take the white path on the left straight towards the Ménéham site (free to visit) and join theGR®34coastal path.
