Join the Luminy estate road, 800 m after the Facultés roundabout. There are plenty of parking spaces available on the right-hand side of the road, just before the start of the track.
(S/E) Take the track enclosed by a barrier that heads east, carefully crossing the road. Ignore the track that branches off to the left 200 m further on and continue until you reach a crossroads with a cistern.
(1) Continue along this track and, after a few hairpin bends, you will come to a path on the left at the end of a right-hand hairpin bend.
(2) Take this clearly visible path on the left and continue climbing to reach Col Ricard.
(3) Take the path on the right uphill to reach a track and continue westwards. Pass under the cliffs of Luminy and Mont Puget and join the Morgiou hairpin bend.
(4) Continue downhill to the right until you reach a crossroads with several directions.
(5) Leave the track and turn left towards the north, descending along a clearly visible path. You will reach a new track.
(6) Take it to the right and stay on it until you reach another trail junction.
(7) Stay on the left track and descend to reach a hairpin bend above the Luminy Faculty of Science.
(8) Continue to the right and reach Vallon Ricard.
(9) Turn left to walk through this valley and arrive at Route des Facultés. Turn right and return to the car park, taking care when using the cycle path. (S/E).
