Les Droites Pierres via Mont-Saint-Éloi

The start is in the hamlet of Écoivres, Rue de la Source. Car park near the cemetery.

(S/E) With your back to the car park, turn left and continue along Rue de la Source. Turn left at the three-way junction until you reach the next junction with Chemin des Normands.

(1) Keep right, cross the bridge over the Scarpe, then after the railway bridge, turn left along the railway line and continue straight ahead to the next railway bridge.

(2) Turn left, cross the bridge and keep going until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'École à Bray.

(3) Turn right and, after the level crossing, continue straight ahead until you reach the T-junction.

(4) Turn right and continue straight ahead until you reach the road.

(5) Cross and continue straight along Rue de la Gare. Enter Écoivres and continue to the level crossing.

(6) Leave the level crossing on your right and turn left along Rue de la Gare. Continue along a path, then take the second right to reach a Y-junction.

(7) Turn right and continue straight ahead. Pass the level crossing and continue for about 100 metres until you reach the crossroads.

(8) Take the grassy path on the left. At the crossroads, turn right onto Rue Victor Hugo and continue until the second junction.

(9) Turn right onto Rue de la Fraternité, then take the path on the left between numbers 3 and 5. At the end, turn right and then left and continue until you reach the first street on the right, Rue de l'Égalité.

(10) Follow this road. At the end, continue straight ahead on the dirt track and pass in front of the farm before reaching the D49, Rue de Douai.

(11) Continue along the edge of the D49. Do the same at the two Y-junctions to reach a third junction.

(12) Turn left, at the grove take the path on the left and continue to the Droites Pierres.

(13) Turn around to return to the crossroads.

(12) Turn left and continue straight ahead until you reach the houses on the left, where you will find the start of the path marked with a no-entry sign.

(14) Take this path on the left, which leads to the D341 at the entrance to Mont Saint-Éloi. Turn right/left, crossing carefully, and continue. After a 90° turn, the path comes out onto a street. Continue straight ahead uphill on Rue des Tours until you reach the old abbey.

(15) Turn right, cross the departmental road with caution to go straight ahead and reach the car park (S/E).

Shortcut at point (14): continue straight ahead, then turn right and rejoin the (S/E).
