Car park on Place Martin Principaud, on the side of the D920 opposite the medieval town.
(S/E) From the car park, follow the D170 road until you reach the sign indicating the village exit. Take the road that climbs to the left towards Mazière.
(1) At the first crossroads, turn right and continue uphill on the main road.
(2) When you reach the top, turn right onto Chemin du Vieux Puits. Follow the path along the hillside and pass through the hamlet of Theil.
(3) At a right-hand bend, begin a steep descent. Continue straight downhill on a path that differs slightly from the one shown on the map.
(4) When you reach Moulin du Theil, cross the Maumont Blanc stream and follow the path uphill to the hamlet of Cévennes.
(5) At the edge of the hamlet, take the path on the right. Follow the path through the forest on the hillside, then descend to the D170 road.
(6) Take the road on the left, cross it and take the path on the right that is not marked on the map. Cross the stream "Le Maumont Noir" and follow the path uphill to Travassac.
(7) Take the D133 on the right and shortly afterwards, take the first road on the right. Continue along the path. When you reach the houses, do not follow the sign pointing to the road on the left, but continue straight ahead on the road. Leave the road that climbs to the right at the houses.
Please note: the markings are unclear until point 9.
(8) Just after the Travassac pumping station, do not take the right turn but leave the road and take a narrow path downhill. Cross a road and take another narrow path downhill. Take the departmental road on the right, cross the bridge and ignore the road on the right leading to the houses.
(9) Take the second road on the right and continue right along the no-entry road. Continue right along the main street and turn right to reach the car park (S/E).
