From Six-Fours, head to Le Brusc (there are several ways to get there) and, once you arrive at the port, park in the Quai Saint-Pierre car park.
(S/E) Walk along Quai Saint-Pierre towards the south-west, first passing the harbour master's office and yacht clubs, then following the lagoon along the Corniche des Îles Paul Ricard. On the left, you will see the Maison du Patrimoine. Continue to the car park, where you can cross the beach to reach the footbridge leading to Île du Petit Gaou.
(1) Go around the La Lagune restaurant to reach the footbridge that leads to Île du Grand Gaou.
(2) Take this footbridge and, immediately afterwards, turn right to walk along the shore and pass in front of some small buildings, including toilets. You will arrive at a large esplanade where the annual Gaou festival is held. At the end of this esplanade on the right, take the path closest to the shore, which leads to a beach facing the large Île des Embiez.
Walk along the rocky shore and cliffs to return along the west coast of Île du Gaou until you reach the footbridge, which you can use to return to Petit Gaou.
(2) After the footbridge, turn right to see the small fishing port (one or two pointed boats) and go to the foot of Robert Forrer's Venus statue.
Then head to the La Lagune restaurant and the footbridge.
(1). Go back the way you came along the footbridge, continue along the Corniche des Îles, and just before the car park, you will find Chemin des Lauves on your right.
(3) To avoid returning by the same route you took on the way there, take this small street, which will allow you to enjoy the tranquillity of the village of Le Brusc from the inside.
At the five-way intersection, turn right (second turn) onto Traverse du Gros Pin, which joins Montée du Gros Pin.
(4) Then turn right onto Chemin de la Gardiole for about 20 metres, then immediately left onto a narrow street that descends towards the north-east, Chemin Sainte-Cécile, which soon runs alongside Saint-Pierre Church.
(5) Turn left in front of the church square onto Rue Marius Bondil, which descends towards the harbour.
Turn left onto the quays and return to the car park (S/E).
