Park on the side of the D156a between the villages of Pajay and Marcilloles, where the road runs alongside the Bois des Burettes. There is a small area where you can park 4 to 5 vehicles.
(S/E) Leave the car park by taking the only dirt track, which heads north.
Walk along the path overlooking the woods, which is straight with fields on your left.
(1) You will pass a first path that descends to your right (you will return this way later). Continue straight ahead.
(2) At the second path, turn right and enter the woods.
(3) At the second crossroads, turn left. When you reach the northern edge of the woods, turn right (at a 45° angle). You will cross a stream at the same time. Continue along this wide path, with the woods on your right and fields on your left. Take the time to turn off onto one of the paths on the right. This will take you closer to the lakes. Return to the woods, where you will find a crossroads.
(4) Turn left. Follow the wide path and take the second path on the right (there is usually a very muddy section before this...).
Follow this new straight path until you exit the woods to the south.
(5) At the edge of the woods, turn right and walk between the disused gravel pits. Continue along this path, which suddenly climbs and takes you back to the path you followed at the start.
(1) Take it on the left to reach the car park (S/E).
