The start and parking are on the side of the road before the information sign and the viewpoint over Anse de Vauville.
Arrange for a car at the end of the walk or a pick-up for the return journey. Please note that the Port Racine car park (E) fills up quickly, so it is best to park early.
(S) From the car park, take the small road and go to its terminus. Turn left to join the coastal path. It is possible to go down to the Petit Port below the cliff. It is best not to be afraid of heights, but no equipment is necessary.
GRP® Tour de la Presqu'Île du Cotentin marked in yellow and red
(1) Turn right and follow the coastal path above the cliff. Cross the Ruisseau du Val stream via a footbridge and descend to Anse des Moulinets (boat launch).
(2) Continue along the coastal path, which alternates between ascents and descents, passing several coves. Arrive at Pointe de l'Âne, a beautiful viewpoint.
(3) Go around Anse de Pivette, Nez de Jobourg and Anse de Senival and arrive at the Nez des Voidries car park.
(4) Continue along the top of the cliffs, walk along Anse du Cul Rond (viewpoint) and go around Pointe de la Côte Soufflée.
(5) Cross the Ruisseau de Vaux stream, continue north-east and arrive at the Écalgrain car park.
(6) Continue on the D401, then turn onto the coastal path and rejoin the road you left earlier.
No signposts
(7) Continue straight ahead and climb up to the hamlet of Laye, staying on the D401.
(8) Turn left to descend to a car park and go through the tunnel. At the exit, turn right onto the paths towards Goury, staying at the top of the Buttes, then after about 800 m, turn left onto the path to descend towards the hamlet of La Roche and rejoin the GRP®.

(9) At the road, turn right and follow the GRP® markings to reach Goury.
(10) In Goury, in addition to the lighthouse, the port and the SNSM base, it is worth taking a tour of the peninsula. Then take Rue du Port, which leads back up to the car parks. At the start of the car park, take the path on the left. It may be shorter to go via the beach, but it is also more bumpy. Continue along the path that runs along the coast.
(11) Just before the semaphore, the blockhouse is worth a detour and, if you're not afraid of slipping, the ramp leading up to the roof offers a beautiful view. The path continues along the coastline and rocky headlands: Pointe des Grouins, Nez Quilas, Pointe de la Loge, Pointe du Nez Cabot, crossing several paths and roads leading to the sea.
(12) Upon arrival at Fort Saint-Martin, the path veers slightly away from the coastline. Take the opportunity to admire the remains of the fortifications and the view of Anse Saint-Martin, then continue along the path to the large staircase before rejoining the road above Port Racine. When you arrive, enjoy the view of Port Racine (the smallest port in France) before returning to your car in the car park (E).
