The starting point is the "Gare de La Bouilladisse" bus stop on line 5. Car parks nearby.
(S/E) Follow the railway line eastwards to the École Paul Éluard (town hall written on the pediment). Cross the railway line via the footbridge, then keep to the right to stay close to the railway line via a small path and rejoin a tarmac road to follow for about a hundred metres.
(1) At the fork, ignore the tarmac road on the left that leads to houses and take the path on the left just after it. Cross the forest to reach the D45A.
(2) Cross it, turn right onto the path parallel to the road on the left and continue north until you reach the D45E.
(3) Cross and take the road opposite that goes downhill. Further on, turn right onto Chemin du Cercle (you are now at Le Pigeonnier).
(4) At the fork, continue to the right, then right again and you will come out opposite the water treatment plant.
(5) Turn left onto the tarmac road (Chemin de Garry) and follow it to its end. Opposite a house, turn left onto the path along the fence and join a dirt track.
(6) Take it on the left. Further on, at the crossroads with two tracks on the left and one on the right, take the one on the right towards the Barome valley.
(7) Follow the track on the left that climbs up into the Barome valley and you will come to a wide track (GRP® Sentier Provence Mines d'Énergie).
(8) Turn left, following the yellow and red markings (view of Sainte-Victoire), and you will reach a crossroads near a large ruined sheepfold.
(9) Turn left onto the path that heads west into the forest and continue straight on until you reach a fork.
(10) Continue left on the path that winds through the Vallon de l'Homme Mort. Further on, note a stone oven in the vegetation on the right. Reach a track at a hairpin bend.
(11) Take this track to the right. At the crossroads with the transformer, do not turn left but continue straight ahead on Chemin des Cadets.
(4) At the crossroads, leave Chemin du Cercle on your left and continue straight ahead on the path you took on the way there.
(3) Cross the road, go opposite along the fence, then straight on towards the descent into the forest.
(2) At the D45a crossroads, cross the road. Pass the "Auriol – La Bouilladisse" sign, take the path on the left and join the road near the railway line.
(1) Turn right and, following the same route as on the way there, return to the "Gare de La Bouilladisse" bus stop (S/E).
