(1) Continue straight ahead towards Neuvic, then turn left onto the road to Le Carmantran.

(2) Turn right onto the tarmac road before the water tower. At the bottom of the hill, continue straight ahead through the woods and turn right towards the pond's dyke.

(3) Cross it and go up to the left along the path that passes under a private property (lodge and campsite). Cross a small footbridge, go to the top of the pond and continue on the left along the road.

(4) 50 metres after passing the stream, turn right onto a wooded path and you will come to a road (D166E). Follow it to the right and immediately turn left.

(5) Take a path on the left that will take you past a cattle shed and turn left to join a road (D166E).

(6) Turn right onto the road, pass in front of the locomotive and continue to Croix Neuve. Shortly afterwards, take the path on the left to enter the woods. Pass a first fork and arrive at a second one.

(7) Continue on the left, pass under a high-voltage power line and, via a circular section of the path, join the D16.

(8) Cross it and the car park and take the path straight ahead to rejoin the D16 further up. Follow it to the right until the next intersection.

(9) Just before the church, turn right onto Rue du Viaduc, which turns into a gravel path, to reach Jardin de Firmin before the D89E road.

(10) Coming down from this garden, turn left onto this departmental road and follow it.

(11) Before reaching a stream, ignore the path on the left, which will be the return route. Continue along the road, go through a tunnel and arrive at a fork.

(12) Continue straight ahead, pass through a tunnel and arrive at the Viaduc des Rochers Noirs.

(13) Cross it to reach the other side and find a path on the right that takes you down to the Himalayan footbridge.

(14) Cross it, go back up and rejoin the D89E.

(12) Turn left to retrace your steps to the path you previously ignored.

(11) Climb up to the right via a steep path and join a marked trail.

(15) Follow it to the right to reach the village of Soursac behind the church.
