In the centre of Le Minihic-sur-Rance, park around the multi-purpose hall (after the church).
(S/E) Go around the parish enclosure behind which you will find the library, the town hall and the entrance to the public garden. From there, you can enjoy beautiful views of the right bank of the Rance and the village of Saint-Suliac.
Take the path that runs alongside the garden and, at the end, at the oratory, turn right onto the coastal path that leads to the banks of the Rance.
(1) Turn left and follow the coastline to Garel Beach. Leave the beach via the path (before the boat ramp) that climbs up to your left. The coastal path overlooks Pointe du Crapaud.
(2) Continue, pass Pointe du Ton and descend to the Landriais shipyard.
(3) The wooden dry dock appears on the shore, surrounded by boats undergoing maintenance. Walk along the shipyard facilities on the foreshore (watch out for machinery) and take the small stone staircase after the last huts. The path that runs alongside the gardens of the houses leads to the green esplanade at the foot of a tower. Head towards the main slipway overlooked by the Oratory of Notre-Dame de la Miette.
(4) Take the steps that go around it and follow the path. It ends at Anse de la Gautier.
(5) In the middle of the cove, a large white rock marks the start of the path that leads into the woods. Follow it all the way to its intersection with the D3 departmental road (during rainy periods, the section along the stream may be muddy).
Cross the road and turn onto Route de La Vallée aux Renards, which continues as a path. Follow this path until you reach the roundabout at the entrance to the village.
Go around the roundabout and take the pavement on the right-hand side of Rue du Général de Gaulle.
(6) After the Oratory and Calvary of Taluet, turn right onto Rue de Bel Air and continue for about 100 metres. Take the alleyway on the left; its entrance, next to a residential wall, is marked with a yellow sign. The alleyway narrows and leads to Rue de Monseigneur Diès.
Turn right onto this street and, after 50 metres, turn right onto Fontaine Guyomart.
(7) It runs alongside the restored wash house (the path can be muddy in wet weather) and leads to a calvary. Take the road to the left of the calvary (Rue de la Gandrais) and continue to the crossroads marked by the tower of an old water tower.
(8) Stay on the left side of the crossroads and, without crossing it, take the path on the left (marked by an enamel sign).
The path goes straight ahead, then turns left. At the crossroads, cross over to take Rue de la Huliais opposite. After 50 metres, take the path on the left which leads to a log staircase descending into the Guérouse valley and its wash house.
(9) At the wash house, take the hairpin bend to the left onto the path that climbs up the valley and leads to Rue Monseigneur Diès. Take this road on the right and, at the first crossroads, turn right onto Rue de Devants Lauriers, which takes you back to the starting point (S/E).
