The route starts at the Place Bernard Chanel car park, where you will find yourfirst signpost.
The route is particularly well signposted in yellow, with “10E” markings.
(S/E) Follow the path heading left; at the end of the path, turn right and follow route 10E until the next signpost (Le Prieuré).
(1) Turn right onto Chemin du Prieuré. Cross a road and continue straight ahead onto Chemin de Vicignat.
(2) Take the dirt track on the left and follow it to the signpost for Les Granges Béon, then take the track opposite.
(3) In the woods, you’ll come to a junction; continue along the path on the left.
(4) Leave the main path and turn left, heading due south.
(5) Turn onto the path on the right and follow it to the end. Continue left along the forest track.
(6) Turn right onto the dirt track and continue to a crossroads.
(7) Take the grassy path on the right.
(8) At the field, ignore the path coming in from the right; further on, turn left and walk alongside the woods on your left and the Jugnon stream on your right.
(9) When you reach the road, turn right and continue along it until you reach the stop sign. Turn right, cross carefully and walk to the signpost for the Jugnon bridge. Turn left and follow the path in front of you.
(10) Turn right and continue until you reach the sign for Chamby. Turn right towards the pastures, then turn left, continue until you reach the sign for Les Bruyères and turn left.
(11) Enter the field, keep left, walk to the signpost for Les Benonnières, turn right and, at the T-junction, follow the path to the right. Turn left onto the first path until you reach the signpost for La Rippe. Head right and, at the signpost for L’Hermitage, turn right.
(12) At the stop sign, turn right then left, walk past the Town Hall, then follow the path to the left to return to the car park (S/E).
