Parking: behind the town hall, in front of the old bathhouse near the doctor's surgery.
(S/E) Follow Rue du Capitaine Selvez, passing the church and the water tower. Continue to Place du Vieux Château, ignoring the road on the right (towards Le Rozet) and the road on the left (towards Espinasse-Vozelle).
(1) Take a sloping path along the old castle and head towards Les Parois.
(2) After crossing the Guêle, reach Les Parois and take the stony path opposite which climbs up to L'Allemagne (do not turn left under the bridge or right towards Le Rozet).
(3) At L'Allemagne, go around the buildings on the right and, after the last building, take a path on the right to reach Chemin de Lignière (do not turn left towards the Tricentenaire oak tree). Once you reach the path connecting Le Rozet to Lignière, turn left and continue straight ahead until you reach a fork.
(4) Continue straight ahead along Chemin des Bois Dieux, ignoring the path on the right leading to Lignière (lodge) and enter Bois Coutayon for about 1.6 km.
(5) Leave the path and take a crossroad on the right for 500 m, then turn right for 200 m.
(6) Turn left to reach a pond 400 m away.
(7) Turn right, reach the hunters' hut 700 m away and continue straight on, passing La Guêle (do not turn right towards Lignière).
(8) Turn right, pass in front of a hunters' hut and then the Blanchard spring catchment in the Bois des Grances and follow the path for another 500 metres.
(9) Before reaching the Rozet water catchment and about 20 metres before a SIAEP marker, take a path through the undergrowth on the left which climbs up to the plateau and joins a path 300 m higher up. Turn left onto the path to reach Les Ségauds (on the right, dead end).
Turn right onto Chemin du Bouchat and join Rue Marx Dormoy.
(10) Follow this street to the right for 100 metres, turn left onto Rue Constantin Weyer and, 50 metres further on, take the dirt shortcut (large stones at the entrance).
At the exit, turn right onto Rue Fernand Raynaud, continue straight ahead to pass in front of Place des Grands Champs (ignore Rue Émile Guillaumin on the right and Rue Roger Desormière on the left) and join Rue Albert Londres.
Turn left to pass in front of the primary school, then right to reach Rue Capitaine Selvez and turn left to return to the starting point (S/E).
