Departure from the car park in the centre of the village, Rue de Châtenois, Bermont.

(S/E) Turn right towards the Church of Saint-Laurent, go around it on the right and go down the path. 150 metres further down, turn left to join the Route de l'Ancien Moulin. Follow this road, which runs alongside the Douce river and passes at the foot of the cliff. Cross the Douce river via an old stone bridge and turn left, heading up the left bank. Continue along the path that passes under the flyovers until you reach the junction with the CD18.
(1) Turn left and follow the D18, which passes under the N1019, and continue to the water treatment plant.
(2) Go up the path on the left and join the CD25. Be careful not to take the alternative route on the left that indicates Bermont centre. Cross and continue on the path opposite, passing several blockhouses, towards Dorans Sud. The route then joins the Fontaines de Dorans circular. Keep to the right until you reach the Croisattes houses.
(3) Turn left onto a tarmac road and pass by the Chapelle-Notre-Dame du Chêne chapel. Continue straight on to Fort du Bois d'Oye.
(4) Opposite the entrance to Fort du Bois d'Oye, follow the road that turns right. Take a path on the left before the shooting range. After 150 metres, take the path on the left which descends alongside the ditches for about 200 metres, then climb the small hill. You will arrive at a viewpoint offering an exceptional panorama of the Vosges mountains, Belfort, the Trèvenans Hospital and the Jura mountains.
(5) Descend on the left, following the red rings markings, and enter the forest. After about 200 metres, take the path on the right that descends towards the stadium. Before the stadium, take the path on the right that joins the small forest road towards Chatenois-les-Forges.
(6) Follow the road that passes under the TGV line.
(7) On the descent, you will see orchards and vineyards on your left. At the bottom, turn left again and follow the Savoureuse river. Enjoy the superb views under and over the TGV viaduct. Go under the viaduct and climb the stairs.
Return to the stadium by passing on the right.
(6) After the stadium, take the small path on the right down to Impasse d'Avolle and follow it up to the left for about 200 metres to return to the car park (S/E).
