The starting point is at the entrance to Cézas. There is a small car park with 6 to 7 parking spaces.
(S/E) From the car park, head towards the village and leave the first road on your right. Take the next street. Pass the church on your left. Turn right, heading north, onto the recently paved lane. This lane is not shown on maps, so the starting point is approximate but easy to find. Continue straight ahead on the path until you reach the end of the village.
(1) Turn left. This path leads directly to the ridge of the Fage mountain and follows a wire fence. About a hundred metres before the summit (931 m), on the left, there is a beautiful view of Sère, the Étang de Thau, Frontignan and the hills of the Gardiole.
(2) Turn right and follow the path north-east then east, which descends from the shoulder to reach a small pass (cisterns and other paths).
(3) Continue straight ahead to climb back up to an elevation of 921 metres.
(4) Enjoy the panorama of the upper Vidourle valley and the beautiful view of the village of Saint-Roman-de-Cordières. Follow the ridge, enjoying the view, then take a long descent marked in red, which is not very obvious in its last section and can be slippery, to reach a path connecting Cambo to Saint-Roman-de-Codières, at a small pass (elevation 775m).
(5) Turn right, heading south, and continue for about 150 metres.
(6) Turn right again onto the track that descends to Cézas and join a fork.
(7) At the fork, turn left and, after several bends, you will reach the junction at the end of the village.
(1). Turn left and go down the road, then the paved lane, to return to the church and the car park at the starting point (S/E).
Very beautiful route, not many people during this period.
