Parking at the Parc des Loisirs, Place des Brenets in Laroque.
(S/E) From the car park, cross the children's playground and join Rue du Pont d'Emma. Follow it to the right until the end.

Turn left onto Rue du Maréchal Juin. At the end, it slopes to the right onto a concrete path with a few steps. This leads to an esplanade (with a statue of the Virgin Mary on the right) at the Laroque-La Vierge signpost.
(1) Turn left onto Allée de l'Anglade and, at the next crossroads, continue left to walk alongside the cemetery. The road climbs and arrives at the Laroque-Cimetière signpost.

Leave the tarmac and turn left onto the stony path that climbs between the low walls in the forest. Continue to the Les Rouvières signpost.
(2) Turn left onto the path towards Les Travers. A little further on, ignore a path on the left (water reserve for animals) and you will soon reach the signpost.

Continue straight ahead towards Sous le Rocher du Pin. About 100m further on, pick up a path and follow it to the left into the Bois de Grand Serre. On a small plateau, the path turns right at a right angle and then slopes left to join the Sous le Rocher du Pin signpost 500m further on. Continue for 100m and you will arrive at the Dolmen du Taurac signpost (there are no signs to indicate the dolmen!).
(3) Turn right towards the Aven de l'Eure, pass some sharp limestone pavements and further on, join a path coming from the right. Continue left on the path through the holm oaks, staying on the same path. Join the signpost for the Aven de l'Eure.
(4) Turn right towards La Vire - Grotte des Demoiselles. Shortly afterwards, views of the valley open up. Follow the signpost to La Vire.
(5) Turn right towards La Cigale and notice a little higher up on the right a fence protecting the Aven du Taurac. Continue for a few metres and you will come to a small clearing. Turn left until you reach the signpost for La Cigale.

(6) Turn right towards Plan des Abeillères; 10 metres further on, on the left, there are superb views of the Hérault (be careful, the cliffs are unprotected). Continue along the path, crossing a karstic cave at times; the paths are marked on the map but are difficult or impossible to see. Join the Plan des Abeillères signpost.
(7) Continue straight ahead on the path towards Fer à Cheval. After a sharp left turn, you will reach the signpost.

(8) Turn left onto the path towards Chemin de l'Aven Pérasse. Here again, two larger (secured) karstic caves will be visible. After the last one, reach the Chemin de l'Aven de Pérasse signpost.
(9) Turn left towards Laroque and arrive at a crossroads. Continue on a path to the left, leaving another path further to the left and the paved road to the right. After passing the water tank, the path arrives above the first houses and joins the D986.
(10) Follow it to the right for about 100 metres (be careful, there is no pavement, just a narrow shoulder).
Leave Rue du Chemin Neuf on your right and continue for a few metres before turning right onto Rue Droite. Further up, join Rue de la Madeleine and follow it to the left. Pass two porches and arrive at Place de l'Église. Turn right then left to reach a car park behind the building. At the end of the car park, on the right, a small passageway leads to the car park (S/E).
