Start at the Plage de la Madrague car park.
(S/E) Exit the car park onto Avenue de la Madrague to return to Boulevard des Plages.
Turn left, follow the boulevard for 50 m and cross over.
(1) Turn right onto Avenue des Crêtes, then straight on onto Avenue de la Forêt to reach Promenade de la Barre and cross it.
(2) Enter the forest and take the cycle path on the left heading north-east to follow the edge of the woods until you reach a junction of paths.
(3) Turn right towards the east. The track curves to the right.
(4) Turn left towards the north onto a sandy path, which you follow, keeping north, until you reach a fence.
(5) Turn left along the fence, which marks the edge of the section of forest destroyed by a fire in July 2020. Continue to the road, follow it to the left until you reach the roundabout.
(6) Cross over to Avenue des Tennis, continue to Avenue du Lac.
Turn right onto Boulevard des Plages. Cross over and continue along Avenue des Dunes.
(7) Turn right into a side street leading to the beach, then turn left to walk along the seafront on Promenade Victor Mendiboure and return to the car park (S/E).
