Departure from Seyssel-Corbonod station.
Access by car: park in the station car park.
Access by train: TER between Bellegarde and Culoz.
(S/E) From the car park, cross the railway line at the level crossing and turn right towards Mancin-Ouest. A small tarmac road runs alongside the railway line.
(1) About 500 m further on, at a place called Mancin Ouest, turn left onto the dirt track towards La Brune. Be careful, the slope is quite steep. At the top of the hill, turn right and walk between the vineyards. You will come out onto a road at a place called La Brune. Follow it to the left.
(2) At the crossroads, turn left towards Le Fumaray. At the end of the tarmac road, continue straight ahead (south) along a path.
(3) At the three-way junction, turn left (stay on the main path). You will come out onto a road; follow it to the left. Just before a house, turn left onto a path. This will take you to the Grange aux Moines viewpoint.
(4) Turn around and return to the previous point.
(3) Turn left towards Corbonod. The dirt track leads to a road: follow the road to the right and immediately turn right again.
(5) Just after the church, continue straight ahead (ignore Chemin de la Brune on the right). Cross Rue du Stream Cottin on the left, then the access road to the cemetery on the right. At the next intersection (cross), go straight ahead. After about 150 m, turn right onto a path leading down to the Eilloux waterfall. Ignore a path on the left and walk along a vineyard on your left. Go downhill to reach the waterfall.
(6) Head back up towards Eilloux (north). At the first building, turn left and continue to Eilloux. At the T-junction, turn right. At the next intersection, keep right.
(7) At the last houses, turn right towards La Brune. Go downhill, cross the Ruisseau de Peysieux stream and go back uphill. Walk along the old wall of the Clos de Grex and note the old cellars that were once used to store wine. You will come to a road; follow it to the right. When the road turns right, take the dirt track that goes straight ahead.
(2) At the crossroads you took on the way there, turn left towards Mancin-Ouest. At the bottom of the descent, in La Brune, turn right. After the vineyards, turn left and descend to Mancin-Ouest.
(1) Turn right towards Seyssel-Corbonod station. Follow the railway line, cross it at the level crossing and you will find yourself back at the station car park (S/E).
