Park in the car park of the church in Saint-Laurent-de-Brèvedent
(S/E). Head west and walk along the church on your right. At the corner, turn right. At the roundabout, turn left. Ignore a turn-off on the right and continue to a crossroads.
(1) Then turn left. Go under the railway bridge and immediately turn right.
(2) At the station, continue straight ahead. After about 100 metres, take the stairs on the left. Follow Rue du Grémont and, at the end, turn right onto Côte d'Azur.
(3) At the three-way junction, turn right and continue uphill. At the T-junction, turn left onto Rue du Chêne Carpentier, towards the water tower. At the foot of the water tower, turn right onto Rue du Réservoir.
(4) At the crossroads, turn left onto a side road along the D 111. At the junction, turn right onto Route du Château. This road soon curves to the left and then to the right.
(5) Opposite the entrance to the old castle grounds, turn right onto Route d'Aplemour. Take thefirst left onto Route d'Énanville.
(6) At the fork, turn left and follow the path alongside a copse on your left. Further on, turn left onto a grassy path.
(7) After the manor house, at the T-junction, turn left onto Chemin des Perdrix (red and white markings).
(8) At a place called L'Enfer, turn left. Follow Route du Château to the woods at Aplemour farm.
(9) Then turn right and walk along the woods on your left. Take the bridge over the railway line.
(10) At the crossroads (arboretum), turn left. After about 20 metres, climb up Rue de la Briganderie on the right. Continue straight ahead and ignore the side roads.
(11) On the Carreau plateau, turn left onto a path marked in red and white. Continue straight ahead (west-southwest). You will come out onto Rue des Muriers and, before reaching a perpendicular road, turn right onto a path that passes between the houses of La Belle Étoile. You will rejoin the tarmac and come to a crossroads. Turn left.
(12) At the T-junction, turn left and continue straight ahead. Take thefirst left onto Rue de l'Épine. Cross Rue des Muriers on the left-hand side. When the street turns left, continue straight ahead along a path. The path becomes grassy and then descends steeply to Rue des Communes. Take this street on the left. At the roundabout, first turn left then right to return to the starting point (S/E).
