At the Carrefour du Pavillon de Paris crossroads on the D 64, park in the car park on the right when coming from L'Isle-Adam.
(S/E) From this car park, go to the Carrefour du Pavillon de Paris and, with your back to it, take the Route Marron, the grassy path furthest to the right between plots 17 and 18. Continue straight ahead at the junction with a secondary path. Then turn right at the Carrefour du Daim to take the Route du Hangar. Cross the Petite Route du Lary and continue to the Grille des Bons Hommes.
(1) Facing the Route des Bonshommes towards the forest, take the path on the far right at the edge of the forest (PR®1, yellow markings). Pass the first path on the left and cross a road. Take a circular path around a mushroom farm (visible on the right by its ventilation chimney), then cross Route de la Cure to Route du Vollard.
(2) Take this road on your left, pass a path on the left and continue straight ahead until you reach a crossroads.
(3) Cross Route de Stors and continue straight ahead (south-southwest) on theGR®1(red and white markings). Ignore two perpendicular paths and continue to the forest edge path overlooking Coteau de l'Étang.
(4) Follow this path to the left, still on theGR®1, and wind your way along the edge of a marshy area. Take this marked path rather than the parallel paths below, with the remains of stone walls on your right, then a wooden guardrail. Pass some old stone quarries, with beautiful views overlooking the Marais du Stors Nature Reserve, then turn right onto Route Capitaine, lined with a high wall on your right featuring a large metal gate known as the "Porte Noire".
(5) With your back to this gate, take the path on the far left, then immediately turn left onto Route Neuve, between plots 79 and 81. Cross a path and turn right at the next crossroads. Cross a footpath and continue straight ahead between plots 77 and 78 until you reach Carrefour Vicaire.
(6) Take the second path on the right (GR®1) and continue straight ahead to Carrefour du Chêne au Loup, between plots 75 and 76.
(7) Turn left at an acute angle onto Route du Conti (leaving theGR®1). At the next crossroads (Carrefour Lorentz), take the first path on the right, Route du Sarcelet, between plots 73 and 74. Continue straight ahead until you reach Carrefour du Tremble, located just before the bridge over the N184.
(8) Take the second path on the left and, at the fork immediately ahead, turn right to stay on the edge of the forest, parallel to the N184. Cross a path and continue along the road. After about 200 m, turn left. At the end of the road, turn left again onto Route Boby, between plots 29 and 33.
(9) At the crossroads, turn right onto Route des Pavillons, between plots 27 and 29. At the next crossroads, turn left and then immediately right. Return to Route Conti, between plots 18 and 28, and follow it to the right until you reach the starting point (S/E).
