At the end of the track, leave the SL LP 100 path on your left and take the SL LP 101 path, which you will follow through the magnificent Canary Island pine forest. Eventually, you will reach the lava field at the foot of the Tacande volcano.
A round-trip hike starting from the village of "Tacande de Abajo". There is a green and white signpost marked SLLP101. LP100. Along the way, there are beautiful views of the ridges of the Caldera de Taburiente, Pico de Bejenado and La Cumbrecita.
The return journey follows the same route.
Warning: there are numerous safety signs along the route. Never stray from the path as there is a risk of getting lost.
