Park in the car park at Seillou beach.
(S/E) Follow Chemin de Seillou up to Pen ar Prat and the D791.
(1) Turn left towards Le Faou at the Cédez le passage sign: note that the return path is just opposite. Stay on the embankment, walk for about 140 m, then cross the D791, taking care to watch out for traffic.
(2) Take Chemin de Rozanabat, leave theGR® on your left and follow thePR® signs (yellow markings). Continue on Chemin des Douaniers
(3) At the intersection with a road, follow the Chemin de Kervezennec__ on the right (PR® markings on the large oak tree: see photo).
(4) Carefully cross the D47 towards the hamlet of Kergadalen, turn left, then right and go down to the shed.
(5) Turn right towards "Pont de Terenez". Ignore a road on the right and turn left at the next one.
(6) Keep right of the "Villa des Moules" at the bottom of the path and descend towards the Aulne. Ignore two turnings on the right, then take the path on the right that joins the GR®34.
(7) Turn left and follow the red and whiteGR® markings. Continue straight ahead through the woods to the Pont de Térénez bridge overlooking the river.
(8) Take the path on the right that runs alongside the D791 road and continue along the banks of the Aulne, with views of the old Folgoët tide mill, the boat graveyard, Térénez Island, Saint-Guénolé Abbey, Landévennec, the bee farm and the port of Terenez.
(9) Just before Kergo Vraz, turn right and walk up through the woods, following the yellow markings.
(10) Follow the path that runs along the field to reach the path leading to the D791 and turn left to join this road.
(1) Cross it carefully to reach Pen Ar Prat. Continue straight ahead to the Seillou beach car park (S/E).
