Fontaine Saint-André à L'Orée-d'Écouves

Park at Carrefour des Arcis.

(S/E) Take the Voie Romaine (GR®36) to the left (north-west) until you reach the road.

(1) Continue along the Grande Randonnée path which runs alongside this road to the right, heading towards the Route du Moulin (second right at elevation 272). Then take a small path to the left; a few metres below is the Fontaine Saint-André.

(2) Return to the Route du Moulin and follow it to the left. Take the first track on the right (GR®22). Follow this track uphill to a stony path.

(3) Turn left (east) and follow this path, which offers little shade. You are now on the GR®36; walk alongside plot 322.

(4) Take the first path leading uphill to the right (Sommière des étangs). Walk alongside plots 320, 323 and 325.

(5) and turn left between plots 325 and 326. When you reach a fork after 300m, turn right onto the path. Head straight ahead between plots 349 and 351 for 100m and, at the fork, turn right and follow the trail route. At the bottom of this descent, turn right onto the^GR®® towards the Carrefour des Arcis. On your left, you’ll discover a beautiful view of the Butte Chaumont.

(6) Continue until you return to the Carrefour des Arcis. (S/E)
