(S) Leave Europahütte via the classic trail around the Monte Rosa and Matterhorn peaks, more commonly known here as Europaroeg. Continue to the junction with the trail climbing up to Täsch, where a sign indicates that the footbridge is closed.
(1) Begin the long but easy descent into the valley, reaching the footbridge over the Dortbach.
(2) Cross and continue along the wide path, following the signs for Europaroeg. Reach the Wildibach river.
(3) Cross it and you will quickly reach the large campsite in Randa.
(4) Stay on the wide path shared by pedestrians and cyclists that runs alongside the road. Then take the paved road on the left until you reach the church in Täsch.
(5) Turn left onto the road leading to the small Täsch reservoir. Take the wide track on the right, which quickly becomes a path. Zigzag your way down the numerous hairpin bends until you cross the road at Blasi, where there is a large picnic area.
(6) Continue until you reach the road leading to Täschalp, follow it to Stafelti where the path on the right leads easily to the Europaweg-Hütte refuge (E).
