Park in the Stade Alban Moga car park on Avenue du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny.
(S/E) Leave the car park by crossing the avenue carefully, then follow the pavement on the right and enter the forest. Come out onto the D213.
(1) Cross carefully, continue straight ahead and reach the left-hand bend and a three-way junction.
(2) Continue on the left-hand track for about 300 metres and turn right to see a small lake that is drying up.
(3) Turn around and return to the three-way junction.
(2) Turn left and continue straight ahead for about 1 km. Ignore a sharp left turn, pass in front of a forest hut, then, at the three-way junction, keep right on a sandy track and continue for about 100 m.
(4) Turn sharply right, continue straight ahead on the grassy path and go to the end.
(5) First turn right then left and follow the path that leads to the road (D211E2).
(6) Cross the departmental road with caution, continue on the track opposite and reach the bridge over the Jalle.
(7) Cross it and then immediately turn left to reach the lake shore.
(8) Walk around the lake in a clockwise direction: "the route sometimes appears to go into the lake, but this does not take into account the water level, which is lower than on the IGN map."
(8) On your return, continue a few metres straight ahead, then turn right and head for the junction with a track.
(9) Turn right and cross the bridge over the Jalle river again.
(7) Turn left and take the path that follows the Jalle river as closely as possible. Return to the D213.
(10) Pass under the bridge on the main road and head towards the stadium. Reach the three-way junction just before the first sports field and keep right to return to the car park (S/E).
