Car park located opposite 175 Avenue de Beutre in Pessac.
(S/E) Start on the forest path leading from the wooden barriers. Follow it to the end.
(1) Follow the bend to the right and take the small path to the left of the fallen tree. After joining the gravel path, turn right towards the cyclocross track then turn left towards the viewpoint.
(2) Follow the path that goes behind the viewpoint, then turn right towards the main path.
(3) Walk past the hiking hut (Le Tronc Creux), then head to the next viewpoint and arrive at the bridge.
(4) Cross it and continue straight ahead, then take the path leading off to the right towards the forest, walk past the houses on the right and then join the road.
(5) Go round the pond and follow the Peugue (stream) straight on, without taking the bridges, until you reach the road.
(6) Turn right onto the cycle path, then left onto the road running alongside the houses. A little further on, take the path running alongside the houses on the right. Return to the first bridge without crossing it.
(4) Turn left and follow the petrol station signs to the exit roundabout.
(7) Cross the road twice to follow Avenue des Provinces. Atthe second roundabout, continue along it for about 150 m, then turn onto the path on the right and continue to a path on the left, 150 m further on.
(8) Turn left to go round the Bassin de Cap de Bos. Ignore two paths on the left and take thethird. Cross the Peugue and reach the road.
(9) Cross Avenue de Magonty and follow the tarmac track opposite back towards Le Bourghail. Cross Avenue Beutre then the car park to the end.
(10) Turn left onto the path between the BMX tracks to reach the car park (S/E).
