Departure from the Siou Blanc shelter. Coming from Solliès Toucas, take the right fork on a long straight road.
(S/E) Return to the road you arrived on until you reach a sign and a track on the right blocked by boulders. Take this track (green markings) until you reach the road.
(1) Cross the road and climb the embankment opposite: signpost for karstic cave des Trois Marins. When you reach it, a red-marked trail comes in from the right. Continue straight ahead (same markings as the green trail), towards Éléphant de Pierre. Pass the karstic cave Claustre on your right and you will come to a trail.
(2) Turn right (red and green markings). Shortly after, at a fork in the track, continue to the right (same markings) and follow the track.
(3) The red markings indicate a left turn onto a small path. Take this path; an old rusty barrel under a tree on the right can be used as a landmark. Pass near an unnamed karstic cave protected by wooden fencing.
At the next crossroads, turn left for 100 m, towards the viewpoint to see the Éléphant de Pierre. This is an excellent place to stop and rest.
Retrace your steps along the same path and at the intersection, continue straight ahead (red and green markings). At the track, turn left and at the next crossroads, continue left (green markings) and leave the red markings.
(4) Return to the road and follow the yellow markings. Follow the road to the left towards Abîme des Morts. (There is a path that avoids the road, but it is rarely used as the section of road is very short).
(5) At Abîme des Morts, turn right and follow the light yellow markings towards Karstic Cave du Vent qui Siffle. The trail climbs steadily; follow the yellow markings and stay on the main trail.
(6) At the crossroads, continue left towards Les Euphorbes (still following the yellow markings).
(7) Rejoin the GR®. Follow the path on the left with the light yellow markings.
(8) At the crossroads with the Euphorbias, leave the path, follow the yellow markings, and continue straight ahead (GR®) until you reach a track.
(9) Take the track on the right until it turns left.
(10) Leave it and take a path opposite with a barrier. Follow it, go around a fresh woodcut on the left and descend to a very wide track.
(11) Take this track on the left for a few metres until you reach a signpost. Follow the path downhill on the right (GR®).
(12) At the crossroads, leave theGR® which descends and take the path straight ahead (orange markings). This leads to a track which you follow straight ahead.
(13) At the crossroads after a double hairpin bend, go straight ahead (GR®) and follow the track. Ignore the paths on the left, pass the karstic cave du Palan and join the Abri de Siou Blanc (S/E).
