At Vieil Ecotay, park in the small car park before the small stone bridge.
(S/E) From the car park, head towards the bridge. Just before it, take the path on the right and follow the Cotayet. Ignore a path branching off to the left and continue straight on until the next junction.
(1) Take the path on the left, cross the stream, go uphill then veer right to descend back to the stream. Cross it again and then continue left onto the original path.
(2) Continue straight on, keep left at the next junction and reach a small stream, a tributary of the Moingt.
(3) Turn left to follow it and cross the bridge over the Moingt.
(4) Turn right. Keep to the right about a hundred metres further on to continue following the stream as closely as possible.
(5) Head up to the left and join the small road (Impasse de Cindrieux). Follow it to the left until the end, then take the path that descends to the left. At the junction, turn right at a 90° angle.
(6) Turn left, turn left again after about 150 metres, and you’ll reach a T-junction.
(7) Turn right and carry on straight ahead to the bridge.
(4) Carry on straight ahead without crossing it to continue following the Moingt. Further on, cross it via the small bridge and continue following it.
(2) Go straight on along the original path, then turn left at the next junction. Cross a stream and follow the Cotayet
(1) Continue straight on to reach the small stone bridge without crossing it, turn left and return to the car park (S/E).
