Description of the walk

Park in the car park near the slopes at Pra Loup 1600.

(S) Pass between the buildings, walk along the start of the Sorbiers magic carpet, then immediately take the track that climbs to the right, under the Costebelle gondola lift.

(1) At the hairpin bend, leave the track and take the path that climbs to the right towards the undergrowth. Return to the track.

(2) Continue uphill on this track.

(3) Pass the Gimette ski lift and then the Bergeries cable car. Stay on the winding track that leads to the Coste Belle restaurant, located next to the Coste Belle cable car arrival point.

(4) Descend via the same track to reach the arrival station of the Chappe chairlift, next to the La Dalle en Pente restaurant (E).

(E) The return journey will be via the Chappe chairlift. Once at the bottom, turn left to find the Sorbiers carpet lift, then the car park.
