The chosen starting point is Meulan-Hardricourt station, on the side of the train coming from Paris-Saint-Lazare, on line J, i.e. trains bound for Mantes-la-Jolie via Conflans.
(S/E) Turn right onto the small path running alongside the railway line. Then turn right onto Rue du Vexin and cross at the pedestrian crossing.
(1) Take Rue Guillaume de Beaumont uphill to the left. Continue to the town's war memorial.
(2) Continue left to reach the Château des Tourelles and then Hardricourt Church.
(3) Continue straight ahead, taking Rue de la Chesnaye until you reach Chemin de Oinville. Walk past the antennas until you reach a crossroads.
(4) Turn left onto Chemin de Vetheuil. Continue for a good distance, following the white and redGR®2markings. Walk along the edge of a wood and you will come to a crossroads.
(5) Leave theGR® here and turn right, heading north, when you see a house, onto Chemin de la Côte Verte. Continue to the crossroads with Chemin de Dalibray.
(6) Take it on the left and cross the pretty hamlet of Dalibray. Continue along this path up a slightly steep hill. Leave the woods and you will come to a Y-shaped crossroads after passing a structure managed by Veolia.
(7) Turn left onto theGR® and walk along the Bois de Dalibray.
(8) Leave theGR® trail as you enter the Bois des Juliennes. When you come out of the woods, you will find the hamlet of Les Juliennes.
(9) Continue straight ahead along Chemin de Oinville, then Rue de la Croix and Rue Érambert to cross the pretty village of Mézy-sur-Seine and arrive at the crossroads near the town hall.
(10) Continue right onto Rue du Château. Once you have passed the railway bridge, cross Boulevard Michelet and continue towards the Seine via Rue du Port.
(11) Turn left onto Chemin de Contre Halage and continue along this road, enjoying the views of the river. Please note that the various pontoons and gardens are private property. You will arrive at Square Raymond Bezard with its pretty bandstand.
(12) Turn left and walk up Boulevard de la Montcient. Then turn left onto Boulevard Carnot, then right onto Avenue de la Gare to return to Meulan-Hardricourt station (S/E).
