Park in the car park next to the wine cellar and the Belgian Destock warehouse.
(S/E) From the car park, join the bypass (Bayeux ring road) and turn right.
(1) Turn right onto the path after crossing over the Aure. Follow this path which runs alongside the river, then turns left away from it and crosses the housing estates.
(2) Turn right along the departmental road and, 100 metres further on, follow the greenway on the left side of the road.
(3) Cross the crossroads to continue opposite on the greenway and join the Aure, which you cross via a small bridge. Follow the river and cross it a second time before arriving at a small road.
(4) Take the road on the right and, a few hundred metres further on, you will arrive at the Haizerie farm. Depending on the time of day, an ice cream break may give you a boost.
(5) Take the farm track on the right, cross the Aure via the small bridge and continue to the road.
(6) Follow the RD104 to the right until you reach the village of Vaux-sur-Aure and its church.
(7) Take the path on the left and walk alongside the Château de la Ferrière property. Continue to a small local road.
(8) Turn right to return to Bayeux, cross the RD153 and join the RD516. Continue right on the pavements of this road to the hamlet of La Rivière.
(9) Turn right onto the small street that crosses the hamlet of La Rivière to return to the starting point (S/E).
