(S/E) From the church car park, walk to the Fontaine de La Bréole fountain, located about 100 metres away.
(1) Turn right into the lane between the houses towards Clot la Cime - Costebelle, cross the departmental road (D900b) and continue on the path opposite, then turn left.
(2) At La Touisse (980 m), take the path that climbs to the right towards Clot la Cime. After about 500 m, the path turns into a forest track with a few clearings.
(3) Turn right (east) and follow the signs, paying close attention at the numerous junctions with other paths or logging trails. When you reach Clapouse (1,380 m), the trail crosses a wide path.
(4) Take the path opposite (north-west) to the Oratoire de Clot la Cime. Continue climbing north then west to the summit; the final section follows a fairly poorly marked path along the ridge to Clot la Cime (1,580 m), the highest point of La Bréole. The summit offers magnificent views of the Durance valley and the Lac de Serre-Ponçon.
(5) To return, go through the small gate and descend into the clearing until you reach the path you took on the way up. Pass the oratory and return to Clapouse.
(4) Turn right and head south until you reach the hamlet of Charamel Haut.
(6) The path joins a paved road. Follow it for 1.3 km downhill to the Col de Charamel.
(7) Take the path that branches off to the left. After about 650 m, turn right onto a fairly wide path that descends through the pine trees until you reach La Rouvière (1,100 m).
(8) The path follows the road for about 50 metres downhill. Then take the path that branches off to the left towards La Touisse – La Bréole. After 500 m, it widens and joins La Touisse.
(2) Return to La Bréole by retracing your steps until you reach the car park (S/E).
