The tour starts at the car park next to Saint-Ferdinand Church.
(S/E) Start at the back of the car park, then turn right behind the tennis courts. You will come to a road.
(1) Turn left, then at the first intersection, turn right to cross the area known as "les Nauzes" and arrive at the stream of the same name.
(2) Keep left and take the grassy path. Cross the stream to reach a bend.
(3) Turn right, then left until you reach the road.
(4) Follow the paved road to the left. Cross the Défuite des Nauzes again to reach a Y-junction.
(5) Take the road on the right until it ends.
(6) Turn right to pass the ruins of a church. Continue to the bend.
(7) Take the grassy path. Continue straight ahead towards the road leading to the Guimbelet building. Then turn right onto a track until you reach the road called "Impasse Doucet".
(8) Turn left, then right to pass in front of the Saint-Martin Church. Follow the road. Enter the forest and continue uphill. Continue until you reach the first road descending to the left.
(9) Turn left and continue to the paved road.
(10) Turn right, then left into the first vineyard lane. Continue to the next road, where you should keep right, then left to follow Lac de La Cadie.
(11) Cross the departmental road carefully, then a stream to reach a four-way junction.
(12) Turn left, pass Marcat, and find a fork.
(13) Keep left, cross the departmental road carefully at the village of Roque to reach a four-way intersection.
(14) Turn right and continue to Grandes Bornes.
(15) Turn right between the vineyards and houses to return to the starting point (S/E).
