Route of Childhood Dreams from Ablain-Saint-Nazaire

Start from the town hall square.

(S/E) Leave the car park and take Allée Jules Ferry on the right, crossing the bridge over the Souchez.

(1) Turn slightly left. At the top, turn left and continue straight on until you reach the street. Cross over to the opposite side and, at the end, you will reach Rue Marcel Lancino.

(2) Turn right, then, at the bend, go straight on.

(3) Turn right at the junction, start the climb, then take the first track on the right and keep going straight.

(4) Take the path down to the left at the crossroads, and continue straight on until you reach Chemin de Lorette.

(5) Turn right onto the GRP® and follow it to the end to join the Route du Roi d'Angleterre.

(6) Turn right up the hill. At the top, take the road on the left and continue until you reach another road.

(7) Cross it, head straight ahead and, at the end, turn left twice. Caution: the steps may be slippery after rain.

(8) At the bottom, turn left. At the end, first turn right then left, then after the church ruins take Rue Marcel Lancino on the right.

(9) When you reach the Souchez, turn right, follow the river to reach the junction from the outward journey.

(1) Turn left and head to the town hall square (S/E).
