Park near the town hall and church in Moumoulous.
(S/E) Follow Chemin de l'Église, passing in front of the cemetery. At the crossroads, turn left and continue along this road. Pass the Rèmes farm and turn left at the three-way junction onto a rural path. Stay on this path and pass the hamlet of La Carrau, continue to the junction with the D6 departmental road and turn right. A few metres further on, a path begins on the left.
(1) Take this path downhill and you will come to a country lane. Continue straight ahead, pass La Carrau farm and arrive at the junction with the Route des Pyrénées (D14) in Saint Sever-de-Rustan. Turn right and continue to the junction with the D6 departmental road.
(2) Turn left and take Rue du Portail Davant, cross the bridge over the Arros and pass in front of Rustan Abbey.
(3) Just after the abbey, take the street on the right and continue straight ahead towards the village exit until you reach the end of the road at a T-junction.
(4) Take the rural road on the left and stay on this long road until you reach Le Charrou, at the crossroads.
(5) Turn right and take the bridge over the Arros. Continue to the village of Montégut. At the T-junction, turn left and then take the street on the right, which leads to an uphill path. Continue along this path until you reach the road that leads to the church.
(6) Turn right. Continue along this track, leaving a road on your left, and continue until you find a path that runs to the left.
(7) Take this path, which alternates between tarmac and dirt track, walk alongside a new housing development, then pass through a copse. You will come to another tarmac road leading to a place called Burgues, then walk along a country lane for a good distance before joining another tarmac road.
(8) Turn left onto this tarmac road and continue to the next junction, then turn right onto Chemin de la Caoué. At the junction with Chemin de l'Église, turn left and you will arrive at Moumoulous Town Hall (S/E).
