Notes

Between (10) and (11), the path crosses a wetland area which can be very muddy in winter or after heavy rain. High-top hiking boots are strongly recommended.

A few tarmac sections, but these are quiet and accessible to groups.
The longest section is between (12) and (14). After point (11), aPR®® route, still visible on IGN maps, used to cross the D785, pass through Ar Froud and cut the road distance by a good half. It has become impassable as it follows private paths whose owners no longer allow access.

The section between (10) and (11) is marked as ‘No signposting’, although a few markings fromthe aforementionedPR®® remain in places.

Alternative starting points are the car park at Place de l’Église in Plomeur or the Chapel of Tréminou.

Picnic tables at the Tréminou Chapel.

Toilets near Plomeur Town Hall.

A long but easy walk. There are chapels and fountains to see. A GPS is essential.
A real pleasure.

An easy walk (apart from the distance). A good overview of the Saint-Jean-Trolimon area. Please note: the lack of signposting makes it essential to use the app or a map. Suitable in all weather conditions.
