Departure from the car park near the chapel of Lababan in Pouldreuzic.
(S/E) From the car park, go up Rue de Croaz Vao on the left.
(1) At the Croaz Vao calvary, continue along the wide stony path that joins the D2. Cross it (take care!), turn right and walk along the abandoned road to take the old railway line on the left.
(2) Follow this wide path which runs alongside quarries on the left.
Leave the path that branches off to the right (yellow markings: route des moulins).
(3) When you reach a road, turn left at a right angle and pass the hamlet of Kervinou. Turn right and continue to Penker to rejoin the D2 (take care when crossing!). Continue along a path, turn right onto a short stretch of road and descend to the left into the woods.
(4) Follow thePR® (yellow markings). Leave the access to Moulin Goff on your left and continue along the small road.
(5) After passing the hamlet of Lezavrec on your right, turn left twice to continue along the path that runs alongside a wetland. Follow it until you reach a small road that climbs towards another road where you turn left to descend a little further down a path, still on the left.
(6) Walk along the other side of the wetland to climb back up to the road you left earlier.
(7) Cross the road and continue straight ahead to descend towards a small stream, which you cross via a bridge. Go back up and turn left to pass near the Saint-Demet chapel.
(8) At the first road towards Kergonna, turn left then right to reach the hamlet of Lesneut via a path.
(9) Turn right to cross the hamlet.
(10) At the damaged calvary, turn left to return to the crossroads.
(1) Turn right to descend to the Lababan car park (S/E).
