From the D2 linking Pouldreuzic to Plozévet, turn left at the sign for "Cidrerie Kerné", leave it on your left at a cross and head down towards Lababan church where there is a large car park.
(S/E) From the car park, head towards the church, skirting it to the right, cross the top of the cemetery (note a family tomb adorned with majestic sculptures), exit through a wooden gate and climb, between the houses, towards the street. Turn right, then left at the roundabout and follow the main street for about fifty metres.
(1) Turn right onto a farm track and arrive at a crossroads with a wayside shrine (note the angels carrying a chalice, a symbol found on many wayside shrines in Finistère), continue straight ahead and, at the Fork in the road, keep to the right. Continue along this wide track between the fields with the sea on the horizon. At the end, turn right, then left, still between fields, and join a road leading to the hamlet of Perros.
(2) Take a sharp right-hand bend (sign for fruit and vegetable sales) and follow this road down towards a wetland area. At the bottom, on the left, there is an old concrete wash house with a massive stone slab over the stream. Head back up towards the next hamlet (Kerongard Divisquin on the IGN map).
(3) Turn left onto a short gravel section which leads onto a new farm track. Turn right at the first track which climbs between fields and reach a crossroads (house visible opposite). Turn left then right onto the first track which climbs towards a road.
(4) Take this road to the right and arrive at the Saint-Demet Chapel with its truncated calvary (a pretty little bell tower). From here, there is a view of the Bigouden coast as far as Penmarc’h, which can be spotted by its lighthouse. Continue straight on along the small road until you reach the sign for “Kergonna Moulin de Keriniel”.
(5) Head down to the left (views of Plozévet, Audierne and the southern coast of Cap Sizun) and, at the entrance to the hamlet, turn right onto a grassy path that leads to the hamlet of Lesneut.
(6) For a round trip, turn right to cross this hamlet (with its beautiful buildings) to the old, truncated wayside cross. Retrace your steps.
(6) On your return, continue straight on along the path that descends towards a pine forest. At the bottom, ignore a path on the left and head steeply uphill to the right towards a farm track.
(7) Turn right and follow this track, between the fields, which leads to a road at a place called Croas Vao (calvary).
(8) Cross the road and continue straight ahead along Rue de Croas Vao to reach the car park at Lababan Church (S/E).
