Park in the Halle du Foirail du Castelviel car park.
The entire route will be marked in yellow, except for the customised section.
No markings
(S/E) Head towards the shops located at the north-east corner of the car park. Take Rue de Gardès, between the disused bakery and the Troll brasserie. View of the Tarn, an old mill and the Pratgraussals leisure park.
You will arrive at a small square on Rue de Canavières.
(1) Turn right. Continue to the crossroads formed by a triangular traffic island with a small, solid stone cross.
Yellow markings
Proceed very carefully along this road. View of the cathedral and the plain on the right. Cross Canavières Haut. Continue downhill gently to the Y-junction at Colletou.
(2) Keep to the right. Continue to the Petite Forêt Maraîchère farm.
(3) Turn left onto Chemin Bas de Canavières. Pass a farm building on the left, after the Michel Vigné greenhouses.
In front of the building, take the narrow dirt track. The track joins the tarmac road at Chemin du Haut Colletou.
Continue straight ahead. Walk alongside hole no. 4 of the golf course. Join Chemin de Lasbordes.
(4) Turn right. Walk between the driving range and the golf course. At the fork in front of the driving range entrance, stay on the road. Go to the golf course entrance.
(5) You can enter the golf course to visit and admire hole 13, the tee and fairway.
When you leave the golf course, rejoin the route on the right. Cross Chemin d'Enjalbert.
(6) Continue straight ahead to the bottom of the valley. You will arrive at Rue Sainte-Carême.
(7) Turn left. At the next crossroads, turn left (route signposted) onto Chemin des Fargues. Pass by a dovecote at the foot of a mule track. Continue to Chemin d'Enjalbert.
(8) Take the right-hand path. At the traffic island in front of Chemin Bas des Issards, go up opposite. Ignore Chemin des Issards, which you will cross on your right. You will arrive at Chemin des Serres on your right.
No signposts
(9) Go up this path. Pass the car park. In front of the entrance to the municipal greenhouses, turn left into the Cité Nouvelle des Issards housing estate. Go up Allée des Amandiers. Finish on Rue de Canavières. Turn right towards the small square at the first point of the circular.
(1) Turn left. Retrace your steps to return to the Halle du Foirail du Castelviel (A/D).
