Departure from the car park at Place de la Mairie.
There is an information board about the walk (except that there is an error in the distance, which is given as 16 km when it is only about 12 km).
(S/E) Take Rue Gridel southwards to the three-way junction and continue left on Route du Pradal to the last house.
(1) Be careful, a few metres after the last house, you will see a gate on the left which may be hidden by vegetation. Turn left through this gate and follow the grassy path alongside the property. You will arrive at the water treatment plant.
(2) At the bottom of the field, continue left along the path to the Triouzoune river. Cross it via a small wooden bridge to continue on the right, with the Triouzoune on your right. Follow the left bank to the next bridge.
(3) Cross the Triouzoune and join a road. Turn left onto the tarmac road and continue to the next bridge over the same river.
(4) Turn left, cross the bridge, and at the crossroads continue to the right towards a place called La Boëtie. Walk along the horse fields while carefully following the tarmac road. At the crossroads, turn right and after about 100 metres you will enter the hamlet of La Boëtie.
(5) Turn left onto a path and follow it for about 1.2 km until you reach the next crossroads.
(6) Leave the road to Triouzoux on your right and turn left onto the path to join the D108.
(7) Cross it and continue along a forest path which, after a while, turns north. You will come to a crossroads.
(8) Turn right to reach a place called Beaune and turn left when you reach the road. After about 150 metres, you will reach a crossroads.
(9) Leave the road by turning sharply left onto a wide track, pass an old holiday camp and join a tarmac road.
(10) First turn left then right to cross it and continue along a forest path to reach the D108.
(11) Follow it to the right until the next right-hand bend.
(12) At the end of the bend, leave the road and turn left onto a track, which will take you to a road with the first houses of Saint-Angel.
(13) Follow Rue de la Goutte, cross the Triouzoune bridge again and, just after, you will come to a crossroads.
(14) Turn left onto a path running parallel to Rue du Moulin. Follow this path uphill, passing the priory on your left. You will arrive opposite the town hall.
(15) Descend this path on the left to reach the bread oven and the Place de la Mairie (S/E).
