Parking on the side of the M19, at marker 450: two small spaces.
(S/E) Take the cement track at the start and go through the barrier. Continue through a pine forest.
(1) At the cistern, continue along the more open track until you reach a mobile phone mast.
(2) Continue along the track to marker 442.
(3) Leave the track and take the Crête de Saint-Antoine path on the left. Pass under a high-voltage power line just before reaching marker 446.
(4) Continue along the path on the right (Crête des Graus) until you reach marker 445.
(5) Take the path uphill on the left. Follow the direction of Crête des Graus to reach marker 447.
(6) Turn left towards Col de l'Autaret.
(7) At the pass, climb the grassy slope on the left to reach the summit, which is to the left of the boxwood bushes.
(8) Admire the view of the Grasse Pre-Alps. Descend to the Col de l'Autaret.
(7) Turn left towards Collet de Bioèra. Be careful, as the path, which is not very well marked at the start, is on the left, on the slope.
(9) Turn onto the path descending to the left, towards Duranus. Continue along this path southwards to reach marker 446.
(4) Return along the same path to reach the starting point at marker 450 (S/E).
