Car park at the entrance to the village, opposite Place Bernard Barbier.
(S/E) Walk up the main road for a few metres, then turn left onto the tarmac road called Rue de la Côte. Keep right at the three-way junction and you will come out onto Chemin des Amandiers. Turn left, passing a property on your left.
(1) Look for the return path on the right and continue straight ahead. Turn right before the entrance to the second property, then immediately left to go around it. You will come to a fork in the road.
(2) Continue left on a wide, fairly flat balcony track for about 1 km, ignoring the paths on either side, until you reach a star-shaped crossroads.
(3) Take the track at a right angle to the right and follow it straight ahead, slightly uphill, for 1 km until you reach a T-junction.
(4) Take the hairpin bend to the left, downhill. When you reach the tarmac road, continue to the right, pass Saint-Chande and continue, almost level, on a dirt track. Ignore two turnings on the left and reach a three-way junction.
(5) Climb left uphill on a stony path. At the top of the climb, continue for a few more metres until you reach a three-way junction. Turn left, then take the path on the left and you will soon arrive at the "Bassin des Druides".
(6) Turn back and resume the route by turning left. Arrive at the four-way crossroads where you will find the sign for "heath 285 m".
(7) Continue right until you reach the crossroads with the tarmac road. Keep slightly to the left for about 1 km and you will arrive at the sign for "la Montagne" after passing the entrance to a house on your right.
(8) Take the small grassy path on the right, cross the hamlet and arrive at a crossroad.
(9) Turn right, then quickly left. At the D571, turn right and continue for about 1 km until you reach the start of a track on the right (Pas de Clavel).
(10) Keep left for about 150 m, then follow the path on the right to join a track which you follow to the left, keeping in the same direction. Pass in front of the cheese dairy and continue along the main track until the first right-hand bend.
(11) Be careful to take the path on the left, just before a post box and the 90° left turn in the track. Continue along the field on your right.
(12) At the end of the field, do not take the first path on the left, but continue a little further up to find the correct path at the top of the crevasses, also on the left.
(13) Be careful to follow the green markings on the left. Join the outward route (Rue de la Côte).
(1) Continue to the left, go straight on Chemin des Amandiers and come out on Rue de l'Ancienne Forge (D549). Turn right to return to the car park (S/E).
