Circular route around Castelnau-Picampeau

Park in the cemetery car park near the church in Castelnau-Picampeau.

(S/E) With your back to the car park, join the D6, Route de L'Isle-en-Dodon, turn right and follow it carefully until you reach a fork.

(1) Take the road, Chemin de Champagne, on the right, keep left after 100 m, and continue north. Pass the houses of Parret and Peyet, and join the GR®86.

(2) Follow it to the right, pass the Ruisseau de Cardayré stream, and arrive at a fork.

(3) Turn left onto the road, Chemin de la Lauze, and arrive, on the right, on the D23c, Route des Pyrénées.

(4) Leave the GR® 86 and follow the departmental road to the right until you reach the D83, Route de Castelnau-Picampeau.

(5) Turn right, cross the Ruisseau de Léroy stream, and arrive at a place called La Pachère.

(6) Continue on the D83, Route de Pouy de Touges, until you reach the D6.

(7) Turn right, drive past the cemetery, and turn right towards the car park (S/E).
