Circular walk between Ormoy-Villers, Droizelles and Péroy-les-Gombries

The starting point for the walk is in the car park by the church in Ormoy-Villers

(S/E) Leave the car park, cross the Grande Rue and follow this street along the left-hand pavement until you reach the junction. Turn left into Rue Louis Nadal and cross the Chemin de la Longue Haie.

(1) Turn right onto Chemin de l’Ermitage and follow this path to the railway bridge.

(2) Go under the bridge, ignore the path on the left, pass the Ermitage on your right and continue to the crossroads.

(3) Cross this junction by going straight on until you reach the junction with the^GR®11B.

(4) Follow this^GR® to the left, ignore the path on the left and cross the next junction.

(5) At this junction, turn left towards Droizelles and walk past a cemetery and a church on your left.

(6) At the Château de la Grande Ferme, turn left, then left again at the next junction.

(7) Turn left again, leaving the^PR® behind, and further on enter the Bois de Droizelles.

(8) At a junction at the top of a hill, go straight on, on roughly level ground. You’ll reach a railway line; follow it on your right until you reach Pont Faron.

(9) Cross the bridge over the railway line and turn left immediately onto the^GR®11. Follow the railway line on your left before turning away from it.

(10) Cross the D136 with care and turn immediately onto a path on the right. You’ll reach the slippery rock.

(11) Turn left and cross a rocky scree slope, following a barely visible path to a junction.

(12) Turn left, join the^GR®11and turn right. At the Fork in the road, take the left-hand path, cross a junction by turning left, continue to the Route du Chêne Botté and cross this track.

(13) Turn left. Ignore the^first path on the right and take the next one on the right immediately afterwards. Continue to the foot of the Pierre au Coq.

(14) Turn right; further on there is a path leading to the Pierre au Coq, then retrace your steps and continue to the right.

(15) At the picnic area, turn left and walk to the cemetery, which you should follow on your left. Further on, ignore the path on the right.

(16) Turn right onto the Sentier de la Terrière and cross the Grande Rue to reach the car park at Ormoy-Villers church (S/E).
