The car park and the start of the hike are on Avenue Eugene Hémar, near the cemetery.
(S/E) With your back to the cemetery, turn left, then enter Parc de la Corbie on the right. At the fork, turn right, then go around the lake on the left. At the end of the lake, turn left and stroll along the paths that circle the clearing. Head towards the exit, continue to the right, and you will soon reach a crossroads. (Parc de la Corbie is closed to the public until February 2026 for renovation work, with reopening likely in March).
(1) Turn right onto Avenue de Saint Ladre and follow it to the three-way junction at the end of the residential area.
(2) Take the path on the left (Chemin du Bois Tronzet), then turn right, following the edge of a wood. Ignore a turning on the left and continue until you reach the tarmac road (Avenue de Saint-Ladre Prolongée).
(3) Continue to the left, passing the Écuries de Dammartin on your right. Take a path on the right, about ten metres before a pylon.
(4) Turn right onto this path in the forest, then continue along a rural track. Pass under the high-voltage power lines and you will come to a road.
(5) Follow it to the left (D26E), then turn right at the Ferme de Saint-Ladre. Follow the track until you reach a road. Turn right and continue to the next crossroads, with a calvary on your left.
(6) Turn left onto theD26E, enter Beaumarchais, and continue straight ahead until you reach No. 10. Leave the departmental road, then the GR®1 on your left, and continue straight ahead on the PR®. At the next crossroads, turn right, staying on the PR®, and join theD26E.
(7) Opposite the sports grounds, continue to the left and walk along the right-hand side of a sports complex until you reach the second crossroads.
(8) Turn right (Rue de la Lyre d'Orphée) and, at the end, take the path opposite, after passing through a turnstile and into the Jardins de Sylvie. Cross a street (Rue des Filles du Feu) and continue on the path opposite, between the buildings. Cross the Jardin des Châtaigniers and you will come out at No. 6 Rue de la Main Enchantée. Turn right and you will soon reach a crossroads.
(9) Continue left onto Rue de la Bohème Galante, then continue straight ahead until you reach the stop sign at the end of Avenue Coluche.
(10) Turn left (Avenue du 8 Mai 1945) and, at the end, you will arrive at an esplanade and the Church of Notre-Dame d'Othis. Walk along the right-hand side of the church, after carefully crossing the D13.
(11) Opposite Espace François Mitterrand, turn right, walk past the town hall and Place du 10 Mai 1981, and cross the town hall park with several picnic tables. You will come out onto a wide avenue.
(12) Turn left, then cross carefully at the pedestrian crossing. Continue along the path parallel to the street, go around the roundabout, and continue along Avenue de l'Europe, on the right, until the next junction, at the sign for the entrance to Dammartin-en-Goële.
(13) Turn right and continue to Parc des Baladins. Cross the park and continue to a street.
(14) Turn left (Rue Robert Badinter), taking the path on the right-hand side, and arrive at Square Jacques Tati. Turn right onto Allée Anne Franck and walk along the left-hand side of a lake until you reach the end of the alley.
(15) Take the path on the right that runs alongside Rue Albert Camus, then cross three streets and reach the fourth.
(16) Turn left (Rue Jacqueline Auriol), then left again (Rue Hélène Boucher), right (Rue Jean Jaurès), and arrive at the corner of the Groupe Scolaire le Petit Prince. Turn right and walk along the left-hand side until you reach the end.
(17) Turn right (Chemin du Petit Puit) and continue into the forest. At the end, turn left onto Rue Guenneval, then left onto Rue Abel Chenevat and left onto Rue Dussolié until you reach the end. (The route has been temporarily diverted to reach the park due to road works).
(18) Take the flight of steps opposite and enter the park. Walk around the park, strolling along the paths, passing by the castle esplanade, then exit via Rue de l'Hôtel Dieu, which extends Avenue de l'Europe. Reach the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame
(19) Continue and, at the multiple crossroads, go straight ahead along Rue du Général de Gaulle. Pass in front of Dammartin-en-Goële Town Hall and arrive at Saint-Jean Church.
(20) Turn right onto the path leading to the church grounds, then right again at the Georges Sand Media Library on Rue du Jeu d'Arc. At the car park, turn left twice to reach the front of the cemetery (S/E).
