Circular of Mesnil-sous-Jumièges

Park in the École Les Abeilles car park.

(S/E) Leave the car park and head left for 100 m to reach the crossroads. Turn right onto Rue des Côtes and continue for approximately 1,200 m.

(1) Take the path on the left, which turns left again.

(2) Go through the gate and continue straight ahead, following the path through the conifers for about 900 metres until you reach a crossroads.

(3) Turn left, cross the Jumièges golf course and you will come out on Rue de la Hauteville.

(4) Go down the street to the left until you reach a crossroads.

(5) Cross carefully at the protected crossing on the left and continue straight ahead on Route des Américains. You will reach the leisure centre pond.

(6) Take the tarmac path on the left, pass the leisure centre and go around the pond to the football pitches.

(7) Head right, pass between the two pitches, then turn right onto the tarmac road and join Rue de la Cité des Marais.

(8) Turn right and negotiate the left-hand bend.

(9) Turn right to follow the edge of the pond, then take the path through the marsh and join Route du Conihout.

(10) Follow it to the left for about 800 m.

(11) Turn right onto Rue des Roches and join the towpath.

(12) Take it to the left until you reach the ferry.

(13) Turn left and continue straight ahead to the car park (S/E).

At point (12), Château du Landin is visible on the heights of the left bank.
