Near the start, parking is available on the RD 238 above the Castelet campsite.
(S/E) From the Grand Pont on the right bank of the Doux, carefully walk up the D532 for 230 metres and take the path on the left (yellow and green markings). After 400 metres, cross a stream that feeds a pretty little waterfall.
(1) Continue to the "Les Terres Grasses" totem pole.
(2) When you reach the Chemin de la Monnerone, turn right heading north and after 40 m, take the path that descends to your left heading south-west (yellow and green markings). When you reach the tarmac road, continue east for 150 m then, after the houses of La Monnerone, descend the path on the left (GR®42). After 800 metres, the path leads to a small tarmac road, which you follow for 80 metres.
(3) At the crossroads, leave theGR® and take the road on your right for about 100 metres, then continue along the path opposite the road, which will take you to Troye station.
(4) Continue along the path and cross the Doux river using the pedestrian crossing on the railway bridge.
(5). Immediately after the bridge, take the path that climbs up to the left to the RD 534.
(6) Follow the RD 534 for about 500 metres, heading east. Cross the Duzon viaduct.
(7) Turn right onto the small tarmac road (Chemin de la Grange de Vaure). After 1 km, turn left onto the marked path (GR®42) which will take you to Ferrand.
(8) Along the way, you can admire a beautiful waterfall.
(9) When you reach the tarmac road, turn left for 400 m then continue on theGR®42which descends to the left to the D534.
(10) Carefully cross the road to reach the Grand Pont, your starting point, 100 m away. (S/E)
