Start from the cemetery car park, Rue Caumont Bréon, in Nuits-Saint-Georges.
(S/E) At the cemetery gate, turn left onto Rue de l'Égalité. Pass Saint-Symphorien Church and then turn left. Quickly turn right onto the small street with a bridge.
(1) Turn right after this bridge onto Rue du Bois des Charmois. This street continues as a footpath.
(2) Take the footbridge on the right, then at the end, turn left onto Avenue de Concœur. Cross at the pedestrian crossing and take the pedestrian path, continuing in this direction.
(3) Turn right at thesecond street towards the tennis court and continue uphill, going around thesecond reservoir on the left, then take the path on the left that leads into the woods. You are now entering the limestone grasslands of Nuits-Saint-Georges. At the top of the hill, under the power line, turn left. Continue along this path, which turns right further on. At the end, turn left onto the slightly downhill path and finish the descent, taking care on the rocks.
(4) Turn right and continue straight ahead on this path, which descends slightly further on and joins a cross path.
(5) Take the wide path on the left to the small road. At the pumping station, cross the road and continue straight ahead on the farm track.
(6) When you reach the green garden shed, turn left, climb up to the edge of the woods and turn right. Continue along this path for about 400 metres.
(7) Turn left onto the path in the ditch. After the climb, turn right.
(8) At the "forêt domaniale" sign, take the grassy path on the left. This path winds along a low wall. Continue straight ahead on this path lined with numerous boundary markers.
(9) At the junction with a wide forest path, turn right, continue straight ahead until you reach the gravel forest road and turn left. Continue for about 150 m after the hunting lodge and you will find the start of a forest path on the right.
(10) Turn onto this path and continue straight ahead on this path, which narrows slightly and descends. At the bottom, turn right onto the path, which is slightly enclosed at the start and then becomes more hollow.
(11) At the foot of the electricity pylon, keep to the right and continue towards the hamlet of Corboin.
(12) When you reach the hamlet, turn right onto Rue du Lavoir and continue along this small road. After about 400 metres, take the small grassy path that will lead you to the war memorial for the 1870 war.
(13) Head back down towards the hamlet of Concœur.
(14) After the church, turn left onto Chemin de Grepissot. Cross the road and take the stony path. Pass by the old quarry and continue straight ahead. After the cross, descend towards the woods and follow this path towards the meadow. You will soon have a view of Vosne-Romanée. Take the grassy path on the right that turns right. Now the path overlooks vineyards as far as the eye can see.
(15) Stay on this path until you reach the buildings on the edge of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Take the No Entry road opposite and at the end of the street, turn left to reach the cemetery car park (S/E).
